The architectural studio S-projekt Ltd. is engaged in project activity in the field of constructions and interiors.

Our office handles architectural designs and studies with a comprehensive look at the future operation of buildings such as correspondence between creative design appropriately set in the environment and the construction of the building.

Our design takes into account the strict criteria on energy and seeks to minimize negative impacts on the environment.

Studio handles all stages of project documentation including engineering services with a personal involvement in building construction through author supervision.

In the field of building physics we develop thermal-technical assessment as well as energy certificate of the building.

S-Projekt Ltd. was established in 1994 as a private project office with the founding members Ing. Rudolf Kozlai and Ing. Nadia Kozlaiova.

Since 2008 the office is located in our own building on Okruzna 55 in Presov.
