In urban terms the new building is aligning to the orientation of civil buildings in its immediate surroundings. The building consists of two autonomous parts, which can be erected separately. In the ground floor it is open to the passing pedestrians and is offering retail ares for rent. Second floor is dedicated to office functions, the third is offering apartments.
